This small sized kantele is tuned an octave higher than standard 5 string instruments. Made from solid alder and finished with linseed oil.
Ancient runes decorate the soundhole and on the back of the kantele is burnt the traditional Finnish 'Hannunvaakuna' symbol.
Makes a great gift for a child or someone who already owns a larger kantele.
Can also be used as a travel kantele for practicing whilst away from home.
Tuned to D Major: D E F# G A or pentatonic/Minor on request.
Comes supplied with tuning key, spare strings and playing guide with music notation.
